At Poke House, every new store opening is an exciting moment for us as it is an opportunity to become apart of a new community. Over the past few months, we’ve had the incredible privilege of celebrating the Grand Openings of our newest locations in Santa Rosa, Clovis, and Lake Oswego, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the overwhelming support we received!

We know how long Poke House fans have been waiting for these 3 locations. From the moment our doors opened, the energy was incredible. We were thrilled to see so many members of the community come out to welcome us and experience our fresh, customizable poke bowls for the very first time. Seeing families, friends, and local businesses gather together to celebrate made each opening truly special! We got to meet new and even long-time poke house fans; some even knew us from California in Oregon!

When we do our Grand Openings, we like to do it with a bang. Each Grand Opening we focus on creating memorable experiences for our guests. We wanted our guests to have an interactive experience. Which is why we teamed up with locals from the community to enhance our Grand Opening! Guests enjoyed our diy flower bouquet bar, took home free Poke House tote bags, and entered for a chance to win our exciting grand prize raffles! Most importantly, we loved seeing everyone enjoy great food, connect with their neighbors, and become part of the growing Poke House family.

To everyone who attended, shared our posts, told a friend, or simply stopped by to say hello, thank you so much! Your support is what allows us to continue growing and bringing fresh, sustainable poke to new communities.

The excitement doesn't stop here. Thanks to the warm reception we've received, we're already exploring opportunities to open additional locations throughout the Santa Rosa, Clovis, and Oregon markets. We are excited about the future and look forward to serving even more guests in these amazing communities.

And there’s even more on the horizon. As part of our continued expansion plans for 2026, we're excited to announce that Brentwood is scheduled to open in early August, with our highly anticipated Las Vegas location opening soon after.

As we continue to grow, our mission remains the same: serve high-quality poke, support our local communities, and create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.
