Words Meet Action
At Poké House, we’re committed to more than just fresh, flavorful bowls—we’re dedicated to sustainability in every step of our process. Our seafood is either wild-caught or farm-raised and certified by trusted programs like the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch® or third-party eco-labels.
We serve all our poke in 100% biodegradable bowls and utensils, and we’re proud partners with Too Good To Go to reduce food waste across all locations.
Our efforts extend to ocean conservation, partnering with groups like REEF.org and Ocean Rescue Alliance International to protect marine life and promote a healthier planet.
When you dine with us, you’re not just enjoying a meal—you’re supporting a movement.
We Source Responsibly
Our salmon is sourced from the Faroe Islands or trusted vendors who hold Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) certification, ensuring responsible and ethical farming practices. These farms also meet global sustainability standards such as ISO 14001, BAP (Best Aquaculture Practice), and MSC (Marine Stewardship Council).
From Farm To Table
Sustainability goes beyond seafood—we ensure that our produce is USDA-certified and sourced from local vendors within 150 miles of our restaurants whenever possible. By working with local farmers, we support small businesses while reducing carbon emissions from transportation.

Through our partnership with Too Good To Go, Poke House contributes to collective efforts in reducing food waste and its impact on the environment, while offering customers the opportunity to access good food at a great value for money.
Circa 40% of all food produced is wasted every year, contributing to 10% of all human-caused greenhouse gas emissions (WWF, 2021). According to Project Drawdown (2020), reducing food waste is the number one action people can take to help tackle climate change, by limiting the temperature rise to just 2˚C by 2100.
Every day, Poke House customers have the opportunity to join the Too Good To Go community and help save the planet bite by bite, one meal at a time. Simply download the Too Good To Go app, available for free on both iOS and Android stores, search for the nearest Poke House store, reserve your Surprise Bag, and arrive at the store at the set pick-up time.
Together, we can create ripples of change and contribute to a more sustainable future. We encourage each of you to join us in saving good food from going to waste!
