Salmon
At Poke House, we strive to source the highest quality salmon for our customers. Whenever possible, we source our salmon from the clean waters of the Faroe Islands, renowned for their natural, sustainable aquaculture. When Faroe Islands salmon is unavailable, we source from trusted vendors in the Atlantic, ensuring the same exceptional standards.
Our vendors are 100% ASC certified and meet the strictest international standards, including ISO 14001, BAP, and MSC certifications. This means our salmon comes from farms that practice responsible, sustainable methods and prioritize the health of the ecosystem.
Our vendors use non-GMO feed, and their salmon is completely antibiotic-free, ensuring not only superior taste but also a healthier option for our customers. Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, and we take pride in providing the freshest, most responsibly sourced salmon in every poké bowl.
Our interior design sources reclaimed wood. Reducing our footprint on the environment and repurposing wood.
Our Standard for Sustainability
From construction to consumption, we are committed to being environmentally conscious by only serving foods that are sourced responsibly. We believe that eating healthy starts with healthy ingredients; our proteins are non-GMO with no added antibiotics. Our sashimi grade seafood and locally sourced fruits and veggies are delivered and prepared fresh, everyday. Our focus on sustainability is one of our priorities as a company and is thoughtfully reflected in every bowl we serve, from protein, to veggie, to packaging.
Our wild-caught and farm-raised seafood is rated Best Choice or Good Alternative by the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch® program or Eco-Certified by a third party.
