From construction to consumption, we are committed to being environmentally conscious by only serving foods that are sourced responsibly. We believe that eating healthy starts with healthy ingredients; our proteins are non-GMO with no added antibiotics. Our sashimi grade seafood and locally sourced fruits and veggies are delivered and prepared fresh, everyday. Our focus on sustainability is one of our priorities as a company and is thoughtfully reflected in every bowl we serve, from protein, to veggie, to packaging.

Our wild-caught and farm-raised seafood is rated Best Choice or Good Alternative by the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch® program or Eco-Certified by a third party.
