Own a Brand People Live For.

Fast casual. Fresh ingredients. A proven concept and your name above the door.
PokéHouse is one of the fastest-growing Poké brands in the country. We’re people-first, sustainably sourced, and built for strong unit economics. If you’re ready to lead a restaurant your neighborhood will love, the next great location could be yours.
Who We Are
Before the numbers, the requirements, and the territory talk — this is Poké House.
Poké House started with one idea: serve food that’s genuinely good for you without making you wait for it. We’ve built a fast casual concept around fresh, sustainably sourced Poké — a loyal customer base, a menu that rotates seasonally to keep guests coming back, and a community of franchisees who are as invested in their neighborhoods as they are in their bottom line.
We’re currently operating across multiple states and actively expanding into new markets. Every location is backed by the same operational playbook, the same brand standards, and the same team that helped build this thing from the ground up.

You Don't Build This Alone.
When you open a Poké House, you get more than a brand. You get a dedicated team behind you from day one. Here are the four pillars of support every franchisee receives:
Franchise Training
Poké House has a dedicated training team that prepares you to run and operate your own location — from on-the-line operations to back-office administration. No prior restaurant experience required.
Site Selection
We help you find the ideal location using our proprietary data and criteria — including customer demographics, projected sales, average rent, and foot traffic patterns.
Marketing Assistance
Our marketing team supports you at every stage — from company-wide campaigns to grand opening planning to local activations and on-site promotions.
Ongoing Support
Every franchisee is assigned a dedicated account manager — a single point of contact for questions, challenges, and day-to-day support wherever you need it most.

Strong franchisees come from many backgrounds. Restaurant experience helps but isn’t required. What we look for first is the right mindset, the right capital, and a genuine commitment to your community.
Capital Requirements
Minimum $150K liquid capital and $450K net worth. Helps ensure you’re set up to invest, build, and run with confidence.
Cultural & Brand Fit
People-first operators who care about hospitality, team culture, and showing up for guests every shift.
Community Engagement
Genuine investment in the neighborhood your store serves. Local partnerships, school sponsorships, charity drives. The Poke House brand grows when our franchisees show up locally.
Business Acumen
Comfortable reading a P&L, managing labor and food cost, and making decisions with numbers in front of you.
Financial Capability
Ability to fund buildout, working capital, and the first 6 to 12 months with room to grow.
Long-Term / Multi-Unit Mindset
We’re building a brand for the long haul. We prioritize partners who see this as a career, not a side bet.
Questions Most Prospective Franchisees Ask

Yes. Once you’re open, we won’t establish or franchise another Poke House within your territory, a protected 2-mile radius around your location. Your market is yours to grow.
Simple and straightforward: a 4% royalty fee plus a 2% advertising fee, paid monthly. Your 2% marketing contribution powers both national brand awareness and local ad strategies to drive traffic directly to your business.
A lot. You’ll go through a full pre-opening training program with 80+ hours of hands-on experience at an existing Poke House, plus classroom sessions on ordering, scheduling, and payroll. We’re also on-site with you for your first 14 days. Ongoing training, operations guidance, and supplier access are all part of the deal.
Most franchisees are open within 6 to 18 months of signing. We guide you through every step, from site selection and construction to training, so you’re set up for a strong launch.
