We’re excited to share some great news from behind the scenes! As we continue to grow and connect with our community online, we knew it was time to bring in someone who lives and breathes social media. That’s why we’re thrilled to welcome Kayla Ho, as our new Social Media Coordinator!
Who Is Kayla?
Kayla is a recent graduate of San Jose State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing this past May! She comes to us with a background in food marketing. Previously, Kayla was a marketing intern for Spartan Eats, the official dining services provider at SJSU. There, she managed social media accounts, created visual content, and promoted food events across campus. Her unique approach to combining storytelling, branding, and digital engagement consistently sets her work apart.
What Will Kayla Be Doing?
As our Social Media Coordinator, Kayla will be the creative force behind our digital presence. Her responsibilities include:
Managing and scheduling content across all our social media platforms
Creating engaging posts, reels, and stories
Showcasing behind-the-scenes moments from our team
Tracking trends, monitoring performance, and refining our strategy
Interacting with our online community
