A new year brings fresh opportunities and 2026 is shaping up to be one of the most exciting chapters in Poke House history! From major expansion to milestone celebrations and new menu innovations, this year is all about growth, gratitude, and bringing fresh poke to even more communities.

Expanding to New Communities

We’re proud to share that Poke House plans to open up to 10 new locations in 2026, bringing our fresh, customizable poke bowls to even more cities. Locations currently on track include:

Santa Rosa
Brentwood
Clovis
Las Vegas
Portland
Roseville
Palm Desert
Cupertino
Davis
San Jose (Meridian – our upcoming flagship location)

And this is just the beginning. With additional locations already in the pipeline, 2026 is set to be our biggest expansion year yet. Every new store represents our continued commitment to serving high-quality, sustainably sourced poke in neighborhoods across the country.

Celebrating 10 Years of Poke House

This year also marks a major milestone: Poke House’s 10-Year Anniversary. What started as a single location has grown into a thriving brand built on fresh ingredients, community, and innovation.

To celebrate, we’re giving our very first Poké House location on Hostetter Rd. in San Jose a full remodel and hosting a huge anniversary celebration in Fall 2026. Expect raffles, giveaways, and special moments as we honor a decade of growth and the community that made it all possible.

A New Menu Addition Is Coming

Innovation doesn’t stop at new locations. This April, we’re launching a brand-new product designed to be the perfect add-on to your poke bowl. It’s quick, easy, and made to complement your meal whether you’re dining in or on the go.

We’ll be sharing more details soon… but for now, we’ll let you guess what it might be.

Super Bowl Specials Are Coming to the Bay

With the Super Bowl coming to the Bay Area, we’re bringing the flavor to game day. On February 8th, select locations will be offering 40% off Poke by the Pound.

Whether you’re making poke nachos, poke tacos, or a build-your-own poke buffet, Poke by the Pound makes it easy to feed your entire watch party with fresh, crowd-pleasing options. This year, bring Poke House home for the big game.
